  1. Aw-ight, I was just kidding before, but now I see that I’m going to have to take the police car and come up there. Actually, I’ll just take my car and probably bring your brother and we’ll spend the entire day dishing out love and support to all of you, oh, and maybe a few of those iced cookies. Screw the diet. You’ll be back to your old self in no time. Just don’t concentrate on it so much. Sometimes, that only makes it worse.

Other post-natal mummies I have known have turned to yoga, swimming and Pilates to regain their lovely, charming, pre-baby shape.

    I’m sure you looked lovely beforehand, so with a little work you can get back to that. Some women never can, but it’s based on motivation, discipline, and good eating and exercise habits. Do you want it? If so, you can get it, but you have to work for it! I believe you can!

    To Kathy T – Britney is not sexy. She did not bring sexy back. But she did bring her former broad-shouldered, football physique–complete with extraordinarily thick neck–back from that nasty, hot mess she was, so I suppose you do have a point.
